CAPCO's devotion to protecting the environment is not only limited to hardware investment but also software development. Each year, CAPCO has allocated a great deal of budget for greening the plants. In 1997, CAPCO received ISO 14001 certification, and for three consecutive years was awarded the National Environmental Protection Award by the government. Although CAPCO's endeavors in environmental protection are widely acknowledged and recognized, the awards are just the beginning of more endeavors.
